The Bas Bleu Theater Company announces the Summer Sunset Festival
The Bas Bleu Theater Company, located in Fort Collins, Colorado, has emerged from the pandemic and has announced live performances from its Summer Sunset Festival to bring audiences together in a safe outdoor setting.
All summer festival events will take place at 3301 Rawhide Drive in LaPorte, Colorado at 6:00 p.m. Known as the ‘Bas Bleu West’, Wendy Ishii’s home is the perfect outdoor venue for the festival which includes plays, live music concerts, readers’ theater, magic and performances. collaborations with other artistic organizations. “We had so many Bas Bleu supporters who inquired about our season. So we decided that a festival would be a great way to see everyone soon while respecting those who aren’t quite ready to come in to see a show, ”shares Wendy. Bas Bleu West will have seating for guests, but participants are welcome to bring their own lawn chairs and even picnic baskets.
The 2021-2022 Mainstage season which begins in September will be announced soon and will include the popular Readers’ Theater series and special events throughout the year. Wendy added that she was happy to inform future customers that in addition to several facility improvements, the safety of all who enter the theater is enhanced by the new LED lighting and disinfection protocols in accordance with CDC guidelines.
