On March 1, 2022, Better Collective A/S launched a share buyback program for a maximum amount of €5 million to be executed during the period from March 1, 2022 to April 22, 2022.
The following transactions were executed under the program during the period from March 15, 2022 to March 21, 2022:

As a result of the above purchases, Better Collective A/S holds 378,904 treasury shares corresponding to 0.69% of the outstanding share capital of the company,
Purchases for an amount of 1,592,233 EUR (16,699,292 SEK) remain to be executed under the programme.
